It’s neutral so doesn’t sting when used to moisturize my sandpaper dry skin. One additional unexpected benefit was resolving my equally dry, rough cuticles - at a much lower cost than cuticle oil. Excellent product, but that push down and twist safety cap is a real killer for my arthritic hands. Problem solved - sawed off the outer cap with my trusty Ginsu knife!
