タブレットが大きすぎて、半分に噛んで飲んだけどツルッとしてないタイプなので喉に引っかかってる危なかった。残り半分は粉々にかみ砕いて飲んだけど…毎度はキツイです。

Best best best I have used different brands of L-Arginine like GNC,GAT,MB etc with 2 capsules once a time but this is something crazy now foods L-ARGINING is best i would say just 1 capsule made my whole workout easy with heavy lifting. Please buy it blindly

Its a good, essential protein and it is effective as the content described. My arms become more stronger after taking this. Size of the tablet is big and its taste is okay, not at all bad like many described. I am taking two to three tablet daily, mostly two. You need to take 10 to 14 days to see the effect. I am not sure about the sexual benefits, may be it has some impact. This tablets along with other protein supplements are pretty good for gym. I have read some bad review as well because there is always exceptions, you may fall under that category so always buy less or combined purchase and test them. I am satisfied with the product.

This is fantastic stuff except the pills are a little bit big in size. Do I feel better sort of it does help with my ED I think but L arginine doesn’t last that long and the ingredient seem like they’re high-quality. Energy level but more for ED. I don’t have any stomach discomfort when I take it and it doesn’t give me jitteriness or anything weird like that. Overall I good value.
