after a week of taking this supplement zinc and copper, along with Natures way selenium, now when i style my hair its getting back its Volume, im getting thinner hair due to woman changes of my senior early age, but Now these 3 has improved my hair where its now creating volume and manageability, i read that zinc and copper and selenium helps with thinning hair, and helps to strengthen the hair follicles, I agree, it helped my hair of aging!!

I've tried a bunch of zinc supplements and I can recognize a quality one when I take it. This one is great, however I think the Copper is what causes them to smell and taste exceptionally "dank" compared to other ones I've tried. With that being said, take it with some milk and you'll be alright.

Great supplement, I like that the caps are openable. I prefer to just eat the powder myself and open up each capsule, consume the powder with fluid and then immediately dispose of the glucose capsule. Do note that the powder itself smells and tastes awful.
