We needed something to go back to physical activity without overworking our not so young bodies (and also not so slim bodies). I need to work on blood circulation and regain muscle strength due to spine surgery, and this vibration plate is just ideal for it. You can also work on your arms without having to lift any weight, the resistance bands allow you to work on your arms as you would do in physical therapy. Vibration works at different speeds so you can start smoothly and increase the speed you feel more comfortable. It's very easy to use and also has Bluetooth, so you can do your work out enjoying your favorite music. It's very strongly built but not super heavy and of perfect size to just slide it under your bed or put in your closet. It also comes with a remote control which makes it even more functional. Excellent price for an excellent quality. 100/100!

This vibration plate is everything and more. 1 10 minute workout is like a half hour of swimming 🏊‍♂️. Different levels and intensity. Control your workout with the remote. Also has 2 toning straps that attach easily. So you can workout everything at once! It's very sturdy and durable!! Also when you're done just slide it under the bed or couch! I highly recommend this for those times you can't make it to the gym. I love mine. Great value for the money. Very well crafted.

The media could not be loaded. I like to use it after my daily workout. To exercise more or to relax muscles. You can really feel it in your legs after using it even just for a while! The vibration is strong even it's only level 1! It has speed level 1-99, couldn't imagine how fast it would be! I'm not brave enough to speed up yet haha. It's easy to operate, has a nice touch screen, remote control, build in Bluetooth speaker to play music, non slip foot pad and resistance bands. It's well made and sturdy, but the machine is a bit heavy. Although when it's operating, it doesn't make much noise! I think the beeping sound is even louder than the machine. Pro tip: empty your bladder before using it or you will definitely need to use the bathroom!

The media could not be loaded. This is fabulous!!! It has everything even a Bluetooth speaker!! The preprogrammed settings are beyond amazing! It's so strong! The swelling in my cankles has started to go down significantly! Just 10 min a day is a complete whole body workout! Just say yessss cause it is worth every single penny and then some!

You can feel your muscles contracting after using this vibration plate! Definitely takes a bit to get used to it but you can tell it works as it should.
