Okay, let’s talk about the Aothia Leather Desk Pad Protector. I wasn’t expecting to fall in love with a desk accessory, but here we are. This pad is so sleek and smooth, it’s like the Cadillac of mouse pads. I swear my mouse glides on it like it’s getting a five-star spa treatment. It moves effortlessly, with zero resistance, as if my mouse is living its best life.The leather feels luxurious, and it smells fantastic—like a high-end leather jacket crossed with the scent of success. It adds a touch of class to my desk that I didn’t know I needed, and I’m convinced my productivity has skyrocketed just because I feel more professional typing on it.I’ve spilled coffee on it (because, let’s face it, I’m a disaster), and it wiped right off with zero issues. The surface doesn’t scratch, the stitching is perfect, and it feels like it could survive a small apocalypse.Overall, if you’re looking for a mouse pad that makes you feel like you’ve got your life together while also protecting your desk from your inevitable clumsiness—this is it. 5 stars all day, every day. I purchased this deskmat to replace a black neoprene one that was a cat hair magnet. I knew that this mat would be thinner (it is), not squishy at all (it isn't), and less likely to show light colored cat hair (it is), and at an affordable price. My expectations were met the moment I unrolled it on my desk, and now I'm considering buying other colors in the future.The desk mat is not a "pad" per se as it isn't thick at all - it's more like the thickness of cardstock, but pliable. The backing of the mat is soft with no stickiness. The mat didn't move around once it is placed on my bamboo wood desktop. The top of the deskmat has a slight texture to it. My Logitec MX mouse didn't have any issues moving around on it and its functionality was not impaired by the surface. I think the mat will be easy to wipe off and clean, but due to it being very thin leather, ink marks may be tougher to get off of the surface.The mat I purchased is 31" long which was slightly shorter and wider than the mat it replaced, but would probably be the best size for most desks if you want good coverage under your keyboard and mouse.I unrolled the deskmat and placed heavy things on each corner to flatten it out. There is only a slight curl to the edge which I think in time and with warmer temps inside the house, will flatten the mat. There was a note in the box on how to roll the mat in the opposite direction to get it to flatten. I didn't need to do that.This product arrived very well packaged - gift worthy in my opinion - and the quality of the mat is very good. I would not hesitate to buy another, give it as a gift, or recommend it to others who want to beautify their desk space.

It’s durable, non-slip, and protects the desk perfectly, so no complaints there.The only downside is that the surface doesn’t work well with mouse lasers, so you’ll definitely need a separate mouse pad if you use it for gaming or precision work. Other than that, it’s an awesome addition to any desk setup!

the mouse pad is the perfect size for my desk and stays flat really well, if you are having trouble with it staying flat, there is a little instruction paper on how to make it flat.the color is nice and the feel of it is wonderful, my mouse glides on it smoothly.

I love this desk pad! It's nicer than I expected and functional. I bought the bright orange and it's livened up my work area. I've had it for a while now, using it on a daily basis, and it's holding up well. I've dropped food, drink, ink pens, and a quick swipe and it looks as good as new. I don't normally leave reviews but I'm enjoying it much more than I thought I would and you may too!

I love these. The color was just right and most importantly they do not smell. I recall buying this product once before and when trying to find it again, I made an error and purchased a different brand. The desk runners the other company sold stank so bad I returned them the same day they arrived. You won't have that problem with these. Bought two of them to use on an L shaped desk. I'm so glad I found this company again. I have it written down and I plan to order another one for one more desk that we have. That will make three I own and one more I plan to get. You can't go wrong with these. Yes, the price may be a bit more, but you will be more pleased with the product you receive. The first desk mat I bought was over 4years ago and it is still beautiful. Buy one, two or more and enjoy the luxurious feel it brings to your home or office setting.
