Briggs & Stratton 100170 Vanguard 15W-50 Heavy Duty Synthetic Oil, 5 Quart

Best price i could find for the 37hp big block on my mower. This is on the factory list for best lubrication in a large temperature range. It works and is high quality. I think I may go with a slightly thinner oil after the warranty is up. Should get better fuel efficiency out of 10w40. The engine should run plenty col with thinner as well.

Great product for a good price

This was a great product at a reasonable price. The only problem I had was when I opened the box. There was a little bit of oil in the box and on the packaging. It seems like the bottle was leaking from the cap not enough for me to send it back, but enough for me to not buy from the same seller again it was a nice amount of oil, but like I said not enough for me to send it back .

It provides exceptional protection for heavy-duty engines and performs well under high stress. The 5-quart size is convenient and lasts a long time.

Item arrived exactly as described in safe condition. Too soon to see if this will be the best for my NEW B&S engine. Factory says it is. I think it will be but all too new to tell, will update.
