Its kinda funny that this toy was how I learnt that there was a live action version of the film coming out, I had originally thought it was just some strangely over the top marketing, but I suppose the fact this is still very clearly the same Toothless people came to know in the animated ones is a good thing when it comes to how recommendable it can be (given the movie isn't out at the time of writing). Its of a good size to be played with with moving parts where you'd want them to be including some well thought of use of sounds (like flight sounds and roars via the back legs) and the plasma breath of course. I will admit the wings are something to be a little careful with but should be sturdy enough as long as the child doesn't purposely pull on them a lot. Very much a toy for a kids imagination though just detailed enough that it wouldn't look too out of place on a shelf or desk of someone that liked the original animated film they were originally seen in (a whole 15 years ago as of writing!). Decently recommendable I would say regardless of how the movie its tied to turns out (hopefully good).

Dreamworks Dragons, Plasma Sounds Night Fury: I think this is the most detailed of the toys that I have seen and likely the one that will get the most play through considering it is the main character. Plus with the added sounds that it makes depending on which direction the legs are facing, play time should last for hours whilst you child is engrossed in it all. There are no small removable bits to speak off but the tail is detachable. If you're going to buy any one of these, this should be the first one.

This is a really well made toy. Looks just like the character and has a lot of detail. It feels solid and sturdy so I think it will survive any drops or bumps. It has opposable limbs and makes a sound but is otherwise a basic, but well made toy.

Little one loves it good decent size, feels well made so good quality toy and is fun to play with, comes packaged really well and nicely, overall great quality and great value!

My 4 year old absolutely loves this. Its great quality and sturdy for his rougher play. The noises are a fun feature and I felt like the price was great for the qaulity.
