i bought this printer from this company the tech come in and set all programs up for me... i tryed to print and it only printed color no white ink would come out of print head we tryed every thing wouldnt work.... company told me to send back and they refunded my money... this company stand behind there product... will recommend this company to everyone 100 % satisfied there very helpful and respectful to me thanx for your company ... i bout another printer from this company as there warranty is the best i found on here .... ty so much
