This is a good and necessary product for me

This is the perfect fiber to add to drinks because there is no flavor or thickening feeling that would change the drink. No grittiness either like I have experienced with other fibers. I also have not experienced any stomach issues taking this. 100% recommend.

I've tried many different brands of fiber and this is the one I've found the best to mix with my beverage, no taste, no smell and it does the job. It's not cheap but necessary and easy to use.
