Phone Won't Dial At Times, What Gives?
This marks my second purchase of this phone. An issue emerged, causing the device to suspend call functionality intermittently, which could only be resolved by restarting the system. In my profession, the ability to receive and make telephone calls immediately, whether during emergencies or other times, is essential. Beyond that, it is a masterpiece. Based on information provided by technical support, who contacted me a day later, the issue was likely caused by the Android 15 operating system's OTA update. They recommended a factory reset to determine if the issue was present in the phone's original Android 14 operating system. In my anger, I completed the task, and the problem was nonexistent. I downloaded the Android 15 system from their website once more, and the issue resurfaced within a few days. Consequently, I opted to return the phone, as I could not accept that outcome, and I had purchased a fully functional device with no defects. Before returning the device, I re-engaged with their technical support, relaying the outcome, and they attributed the problem to a potential conflict with other applications present on the phone. They offered me some recommendations regarding the applications that might cause the issue. Following a couple of weeks, I bought the phone once more, given my genuine appreciation for it. After re-downloading the Android 15 system from their website, omitting the suggested problematic applications, the dialing issue recurred, despite the process taking over a week. I contacted their technical support a second time, inquiring if the issue persists on their Android 15-equipped phones. They declined and showed that a review of the Android 15 download would be necessary. Rebooting the phone is not a significant issue; however, it is highly frustrating when one needs to make an urgent call. This phone is not the quickest to boot up that I've owned; its startup time is rather lengthy. Though it appears to manifest just once per day, this is exceedingly irritating, and the expenditure is four times as costly, and despite owning phones of both higher and lower value, this problem has never occurred. I am returning it again. I will experiment with another brand of rugged phone, which already has Android 15 installed.

Ghost touches
The phone would be great if it functioned properly, but it has an issue with ghost touches where the top of the screen is pressed every couple of seconds and there's no setting I can change to alleviate my issue. It makes watching videos or editing media almost impossible.

Please save your money
Dude, don't get this phone. I bought it in March, but didn't start using it until June, and it kept showing an error message when I turned it on. I contacted Ulefone's customer service, and they told me to contact the seller who I purchased from. It's August 5th, and they're still "verifying" the phone, even though I already sent it back.

Great phone that won't update to Abdroid 15 no matter what service you use
Decent phone, lots of storage, fast cpu, great screen. Biggest problem is trying to get it to update to Android 15. It has a problem. Too bad because otherwise its a really nice phone .

It's a great phone but an update is needed.
The phone is good overall with one minor problem that I hate which is the false key input when left in your pocket. Almost had the Emergency dial go through in my pocket 3 times and hearing my phone spam the lock screen pin number buttons in my pocket multiple of times. This can be easily fix in one update that in the settings to only turn on the lock screen only through a button input not just touching the screen. Problem solution here Also for recommendations for the company: add a modified version of the airplane mode that allows the radio receiver to work. Me and a lot of my coworkers would be very interested in that being added to an update.
