I've been using this as a milk alternative for several months now and highly recommend. The flavor is light with just a hint of vanilla—nothing overly sweet or artificial—which makes it work well in cereal, coffee, smoothies, or even just a small glass on its own. The box comes with 6, 1-qt containers that are shelf stable-minimizing waste and maximizing fridge capacity. The only things to keep in mind are that the texture is thinner than regular milk and the vanilla flavor is on the subtle side. If you’re used to a creamier plant milk or want something that really stands out in coffee, this one may feel a bit light. However, it works excellent in a vast variety of recipes if you don't mind a less bold flavor and thinner texture

Good almond milk, as good as almond milk could be. I add it to coffee, which is not the tastiest option but keeps the calories low. What this milk is awesome for is cocoa—the cocoa powder masks the taste and you won’t feel that much of a difference with regular milk. Just add a teaspoon of raw cocoa and sweetener of your choice to a standard mug with the almond milk and microwave it for about a minute. You can also boil it, or blend the ingredients for a cold version without cooking them at all (apparently raw cocoa is better according to some sources). The shelf life is very long, I always use up the box before it expires.

I'm thrilled to share my experience with Silk Shelf-Stable Almond Milk, which has become a staple in my pantry. As someone who's lactose intolerant, I'm always on the lookout for dairy-free alternatives that taste great and are easy to use. Silk Shelf-Stable Almond Milk is a game-changer. The milk is made with high-quality almonds and has a creamy, rich texture that's perfect for cereal, smoothies, or just drinking straight up. The flavor is neutral and subtle, which I love because it doesn't overpower other ingredients. What I love most about this almond milk is its convenience. The shelf-stable packaging means I can store it in my pantry and grab it whenever I need it, without having to worry about refrigeration. It's also a great option for travel or camping trips. I've tried other almond milks in the past, but Silk's is by far the best. The quality is exceptional, and I can tell they use high-quality ingredients. The price is also very reasonable, especially considering the convenience factor. I'm so impressed with Silk Shelf-Stable Almond Milk, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and convenient dairy-free alternative. **Pros:** * Delicious and creamy texture * Neutral flavor that won't overpower other ingredients * Convenient shelf-stable packaging * High-quality ingredients * Reasonable price **Cons:** None! I hope this review helps others discover the benefits of this amazing almond milk!

I really love having shelf stable non-dairy milk. Even though this one is unsweetened, I find it a little bit too sweet for me. So it does taste good in my smoothie, I use a different one in my coffee.
