Even though the first listed ingredient is salt, this spice does not have an over-salty taste. It is more buttery garlic than salt. This spice is quite versatile, and can be used in other ways that just putting it on grilled meats. I have been sprinkling it on multiple dishes, from scrambled eggs to tossed salads, and it is good any way you use it. At just 2 bucks for this container, I also think it has good value - it is quite strong and a little goes a long way.
