I purchased this conditioner along with the shampoo because I was at my wit's end. Three months ago, after a trip to the hair salon, I developed a scalp issue from the Colourist constantly rubbing the back of my head with her thumb, checking whether or not the dye was dry. It set off a contact dermatitis situation, which became more & more red & flaky and itchy the more I scratched at it. Then, it became inflamed and weepy. Horrible. I used all sorts of creams, E45, T-gel, Vosene, and even Dettol. I bought this shampoo after reading the reviews and because it said words like Seborrheic Dermatitis & Folliculitis, which I had been reading up on. I washed my hair every day for a week, and it felt great. After just the second wash, I could feel relief from the itching. It's now 2 weeks later, and my problem has gone - all cleared up. It's a lovely conditioner for my long hair & leaves it detangled. It smells fab. It's a little pricey if you think of it just as a conditioner, but it's well worth the money if you see it more like a medical treatment.

Easy to apply Made hair soft and shiny Non irritant

For a very long time, I have struggled with an extremely dry and itchy scalp. The problem tends to come and go, but when it flares up, it becomes unbearably itchy, causes embarrassing flaking, and gets so bad that I stop wearing dark-coloured tops altogether. I have spent ages searching for a product that could help ease my discomfort. I have tried the well-known brands available in most supermarkets, as well as pharmacy brands, but none of them seemed quite right. After researching what was available, buying many products, and reading the reviews here, I decided to give this conditioner a try. Admittedly, it is rather expensive, but if you suffer from eczema and a very dry scalp as I do, you’re willing to try almost anything. Thankfully, the product is very easy to use – simply apply it as you would your usual conditioner. I found that within just two uses, my symptoms were greatly reduced. After three uses, my scalp felt much better. However, whenever I switch back to my normal haircare routine, the symptoms return. Therefore, I'll be using this going forward. I am pleased I've found a product that helps. I will say though that I haven't found it ideal for my colour-treated hair, so that's been a compromise for me.

This conditioner has worked surprisingly well. I say "surprisingly" because I didn't expect it would leave my hair in better condition, or that it would even be color safe. I took a gamble on it because I needed help for a stubborn scalp infection. I used both the shampoo and conditioner for a few weeks, and my condition improved. Usually, therapeutic shampoos tend to dry out my hair or fade the color. But this conditioner brought it back to life. Great products.

I am a 1000% impressed with how effective this is! I have been struggling with dry and flaky scalp for about 3 years now and I have tried several products, weekly hair wash even when in braids but still struggled to get rid off my flaky scalp. I was getting too frustrated why nothing seems to be working especially when I never neglect taking care of my hair. I saw this product and saw that it had good reviews so I decided to try the Conditioner. Trust me its very effective! In a week of using the Conditioner 2 days in a row, I have not had any flakes on my scalp anymore! I'm going to keep this up for 3 months just to make sure I don't struggle with my scalp every again. I did have a faulty pump and the supplier was keen on getting me a replacement and I received it in less than a week. This is a true miracle worker!
