These are excellent! I'd been using the disposable ice packs which didn't always work (some of the packs refused to break) and in frustration ordered these. I keep a couple in the freezer ready for use and when they arrived I discovered they could also be used as heat pads by putting in the microwave for a few seconds. Really impressed!

Great size to cover all the knee. Just I wish it had more gel inside, but as there are four in a pack, it is really useful to have.

Fantastic ice packs, don’t take up a lot of space in the freezer, last around an hour. Have been great when dealing with sciatica flare-ups.

Bought these for ice therapy after hip replacement. Excellent buy. Strong and enough to allow one or two to freeze while others in use. Would recommend - especially to post op care patients

I got these for a back strain that had to be iced regularly, they were good for a few minutes but never really froze so lost their cool quite quickly. I haven’t tried them heated through, so maybe they worked better for that.

Fantastic for hot and cold, the rounded edges make it perfect for the forehead and they are really durable to last so long so far (a year+)

Good all round freeze quickly melt at a good pace downside went to use one and it had split open one side other than that great product

Heb deze gebruikt ivm een ingreep aan mijn oogleden. Het kunstof waar de vloeistof in zit is zeer stevig en de verschillende maten zijn perfect voor het geen waar ik het voor gebruikte. Meestal worden ze te groot aangeboden, maar deze waren perfect.

Very lightly used but the edges ripped and the gel came out, dirtying my clothes and sheets. I only used them cold.

These are nice and large. I can almost wrap my knee with one. I noticed when I got them that the one I was using only seemed to have gel in two compartments. I guess the package had been stored on its side. Once it was back at room temperature, I put it on the table and gently pushed the gel around until the three sections all had the same amount. At my house, when they come out of the freezer they are quite stiff, but as they defrost a little, they can be easily moulded to whatever you are trying to chill. I like these better than the other ones I have that are just plastic. These can be applied directly to skin without feeling like they're burning (when they're cold).

They hold up reheating in microwave If you bundle under cover, they hold the heat. Cold is better frozen first. Worked great for oral surgery with so much swelling. Wrapping perfectly under jaw. Shoulder is great too. Perfect weight to avoid sliding
