I decided to try this Norwegian salmon oil for my dog because he occasionally gets dry, itchy skin, and I wanted a liquid supplement to easily add Omega-3s to his diet for better skin and coat health. The oil itself is clearly premium quality, and it pours easily, which makes dispensing the correct dose simple, plus my dog absolutely loves the taste, which solves the problem of trying to get him to take pills. Since adding this essential fish oil supplement to his food, his coat is noticeably softer and much shinier, and I’ve seen a definite improvement in the amount of scratching he does, supporting the claim that it helps with itchy skin.
