I use this almost every day for the energy and pick me up benefit. I know it has many beneficial properties. My favorite way to use besides in a smoothie, is just a teaspoon of both this and turmeric, a sprinkle of cinnamon, a shot of water and using my frother, blend well; then pour in milk while still frothing. Makes a great quick pick me up breakfast on the run, or late in the day pick me up. Taste alone is a bit earthy, but with the spices, you don't notice. I believe this has helped balance my stress level and calmed me. I have not had any stomach upset or ill effect of any kind. I'd buy it again.

This is very tasty and great in my smoothies. I feel energised through the day which I know is due to this as it's the only thing I've added/changed.

Product works, but I’m fairly sure it’s diluted heavily with something that smells like Sawdust. Poor consistency makes it horrible to use compared to more premium buys. If you desperately need it at a cheap price go ahead, but also note it’s nowhere near as strong as stuff you’ll pay more per gram for. Worth just shelling up for something better.
