Dosage instructions are wild, but it works well!!
Dosage instructions say "Take ONE or TWO servings 30 minutes before bed". One serving is 4 capsules... that seems like a shit load of supplements to be taking when almost all the ingredients have no recommended daily consumption value established for them. For reference I am 5' 9" and 145 pounds, low bodyfat %. I started by taking a single capsule, and didn't really notice anything at all. After a few nights I tried 2 capsules, and sort of felt a bit more tired than usual but wasn't sure if was placebo. A few nights later I tried 3 capsules, and definitely felt drowsy afterwards, and noticed that my eyes actually felt heavy and wanted to stay closed. A few nights later I tried 4 capsules, and I can say without a doubt this stuff works well and helped me get a solid uninterrupted sleep. Helps my mind stop racing, and I feel much less tense and anxious laying in bed. I plan to continue trying more capsules until the maximum recommended dosage (8 capsules), just to find what works best for me, but 4 capsules had a very distinct effect. I have insomnia, and I'm using these supplements to fall asleep earlier. I highly recommend having 8-9 hours blocked out for sleep (or more if you're particularly sleep deprived), because MAN is it hard to resist going back to sleep in the morning. I have also had negative experiences if I've smoked weed within the last few hours before bed, I assume because the post-high effect seems to keep me a little wound up. I have tried scaling down my dosage if I have less time to sleep, but it's not as effective in lower dosages so probably isn't worth it. Glad I ordered 2 bottles when it was in stock, will definitely be ordering more.

Inconsistent Results, Decent Ingredients, Questionable Value
I just finished a bottle of Gorilla Dream Sleep Aid and wanted to share my experience with this product. While it has some positive aspects, there are certain inconsistencies and concerns that need to be addressed. Effectiveness: The effectiveness of Gorilla Dream Sleep Aid has been inconsistent for me. There were nights when it worked reasonably well, helping me fall asleep faster and enjoy a restful night's sleep. However, there were other nights when it didn't seem to have any noticeable effect. This lack of consistency in delivering reliable results is disappointing and makes it difficult to fully rely on this product. Quality Ingredients: One aspect I appreciate about Gorilla Dream Sleep Aid is the inclusion of quality ingredients. The formula contains several beneficial substances known for their sleep-promoting properties. The blend of herbal extracts and natural compounds suggests a thoughtful approach to sleep support. However, it's worth noting that even with good ingredients, the overall effectiveness seems to vary. Value Concerns: The biggest drawback of Gorilla Dream Sleep Aid is its price point. Compared to other sleep aids available on the market, it is considerably expensive. Considering the inconsistent results and the fact that there are other alternatives available, it's challenging to justify the higher cost. If you're on a budget or looking for more affordable options, it might be worth exploring less expensive melatonin-free sleep aids that offer better value for your money.

Best sleep supplement out there
The best sleep supplement out there. I get a good deep sleep and stay asleep. I usually only take half the amount and it works great. I take the full amount when I am still a little wired up. Only other company that had something just as good was AMRAP ZMA Plus, but they went out of business. This is my go to when I need to get to sleep.

All it gave me was indigestion
I'm not new to GM products. I use L&L daily and love its results (highly recommend trying it yourself, men). I decided to give these a try and made sure to drink at least 20-40oz of water each night. I used it for 4-5 nights and never had any dreams that I could recall or felt like I had dreamed after waking, but instead tossed and turned throughout the night due to horrible indigestion apparently brought on by this product. I stopped using it and the indigestion went away immediately with no changes in diet etc. I was really looking forward to the promised effects of this product. YMMV

Sleep well
Usually got me tired pretty quick, but even when it didn’t get me tired (probably because I would t.v for an hour after taking it), I still got a recuperative sleep. Woke up feeling good with 6 1/2-7 1/2hrs of sleep.
