It is a work horse but can’t make hydrogen water that easily. It resolved my headache after alcohol exposure. Overall is good, I wish there was a better manual how to open it to change the filter.

Machine appears to be working properly BUT, every time we have set it up and started using it, after 10-20 minutes, it has set off our Co2/smoke alarms! It even set them off in our larger than average living room with the ceiling fan on and windows open. We do not see or smell any smoke or odor but it makes us uncomfortable and leary of this unit. So we will be requesting a return and reimbursement. Also, the instructions that come with the machine are very vague and incomplete and in some places contradictory. The description also states that you can have two people use it at the same time. But it only gives you one Y connector. so it is not possible for two people to use both gases as a mixture at the same time.

Initially, the machine kept overloading at startup, but I’ve owned other hydrogen devices before, and they all behave the same way. During the first hour, they start, then stop—you just have to keep pushing “start”. After 30-45 mins, this one eventually began running consistently. I can confirm that. The flow feels very strong, so the advertised output seems accurate. I also tested the gas, and it’s definitely hydrogen. Overall, you won’t find a device like this—with this kind of performance and a protection plan—for such a low price in the United States.

It’s not blowing air out. I bought another one and same thing. I tried the live chat and it was a terrible experience. They sent me to customer service. That’s also only available by chat. You send a message, wait a couple days, get a message back saying they won’t give any advice without video being uploaded. Also you can’t just upload a video, you have to go to another site and upload a video then convert it then transfer it over just to show them that it doesn’t work. Customer service is the WORST! There’s no phone number to call.

Is nearly the exact same machine our holistic Dr. is now selling for $1400. Bought another one which seems to work perfectly well with no issues. Make sure to use only distilled water in the machine. Are using two of these at the same time to double the output. Costs less that way that getting the one with higher output.

After only a month it has started making a noise that is transmitted through the tube, and there is a drop of water in the tube every once in a while. It has been over 30 days so can not return it.

Appears to be well-built and easy to use. I bought this for inhalation and standard oxygen tubing is compatible with the output nozzle. Based on the information that I've come across, the volume of hydrogen that this product produces is appropriate for inhalation (to keep the level below 4% of inhaled air). It's nice that it can be used for hydrogenating water as well. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase.

I charged the battery, filled the container to the appropriate level with distilled water and let it sit for two hours before using as per the instructions. Shortly after tuning the machine on water started coming out of the hydrogen outlet. I drained the machine and tried starting over again but had the same results. The outlet just sprays water
