Perfect size! I actually bought this for my cheesecakes as they need a water bath and somehow in the move, my pan is missing! I know my turkey and ham would fit fine for family gatherings but I’m not in charge of that anymore lol The kids do that now lol It’s definitely easy to clean and seems to have even heat distribution. Very sturdy and can hold my very heavy cake without difficulty

Love it! I ordered the day before Thanksgiving eve and it arrived on the eve of turkey day! Quickly I washed it and my turkey 9-10 lbs fit perfectly :) it cooked just as perfect in the oven with the lid on. What is very important to me is that it is light weight I read other reviews but most were the smaller size pan and they said it was too small. My pan is the 18” and it is the perfect size for 8-10 lb turkey anything larger you may have a problem. I am very happy with this product and so glad in came in time. Thank you!

The smallest turkey I could find was just under 20lbs. This meant I couldn’t use my normal dish I use for cooking a turkey in, and 3 days before Thanksgiving (and on a money crunch) I purchased this one. I measured the bird before placing the order for this pan. I was initially disappointed at the size, thinking there is no way this would work (and no, the lid does NOT cover this size of a bird). My first reaction was to return it, but I needed something to cook the turkey in. I took a chance and it worked well. I normally do not use a roasting rack nor do I roast vegetables with the turkey, nor do I cover the turkey while it cooks, so having no rack helped the bird fit in the pan. I used coconut oil spray to spray down the pan before placing the turkey in. The turkey fit, cooked well (the meat was moist despite how done it looks in the picture) and the pan did not catch on fire, like another review stated. It hand washed well after use with soap, water and a gentle scouring sponge. I was a little nervous pulling it out of the oven after the turkey was done, it felt potentially like the handles weren’t going to stay attached. But, they did. It did it’s job.

Storage capacity is great plus the thickness is great and value for your money is worth it ease of cleaning is great works well and roasting capacity is great
