Perfect Gift Coffee Maker with Tons of Brewing Options Review
I purchased this coffee maker as a gift for my son, and it ended up being a huge hit. Right out of the box, it was easy to set up and feels very well made. One of the best parts is the variety of coffee options it offers—there are so many settings and styles to choose from, which makes it fun to try something different depending on your mood. Whether you want a quick cup in the morning or something a little more specialty-style, this machine handles it all really well. The coffee comes out hot, flavorful, and consistent every time. It’s also simple enough to use daily, but still has enough features to keep things interesting. Overall, this has been a great purchase and an excellent gift. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a versatile coffee maker with lots of options to enjoy.

A beautifully engineered coffee maker that delivers every single time
I am absolutely thrilled with my new Fellow Aiden coffee maker. This is one of those rare products that looks fantastic on the counter and performs even better than advertised. The design is clean, modern, and solid—everything feels high-quality and thoughtfully engineered, from the materials to the smooth operation of every component. The brew controls are outstanding. The Aiden manages bloom, pulse, temperature, and flow with impressive precision, and the results speak for themselves: consistently rich, smooth, perfectly extracted coffee. It gives you the kind of control and consistency you’d expect from a much more expensive machine, but at a price that feels like a genuinely great value. I also appreciate the overall build quality. Nothing feels flimsy or rushed—this is a sturdy, well-constructed brewer that feels built to last. It’s obvious Fellow put real care into the engineering. All in all, this coffee maker has exceeded every expectation. Great looks, excellent features, rock-solid performance, and truly delicious coffee. Highly recommended!

This Auto-Drip Actually Makes Pour-Over Quality Coffee
Look, I've been doing the manual brewing thing for over 8 years now. AeroPress, V60, French press, Moka pot, Chemex, Stagg... you name it, I've probably dialed it in at some point. I was that guy who thought auto-drip machines were for people who didn't really care about coffee. Then life threw me a curveball. We hosted Thanksgiving this year for the first time, and suddenly I had four additional coffee-drinking adults in my house for four days. I was making 6 pour-overs a day, every day. And we've got an 8-month-old now, so time isn't exactly abundant. Those morning pour-overs that used to feel like a peaceful ritual? They'd turned into just another thing on the list. My wife has tried learning the technique, but she always says "it's never as good as yours," so I end up making two separate brews every morning. That's about 10 minutes of my morning, every morning, just standing there pouring water in circles. I'd heard about the Fellow Aiden but honestly never gave it serious consideration. How could a machine replicate what I was doing by hand? But after that Thanksgiving marathon, I started thinking maybe there was a better way. Now that I've had it for a few weeks, I'm genuinely annoyed I didn't pull the trigger sooner. Here's the thing that got me: the taste is actually there. I was so skeptical about this, but the coffee coming out of the Aiden tastes like a proper pour-over. The bloom cycle, the temperature precision, the even extraction... it's all happening, just without me having to stand there managing it. I dial in our morning setup (900ml, 53g of our light roast), measure the beans, drop in the filter and grounds, hit start, and walk away. Thirty seconds of effort instead of ten minutes, and the cup tastes just as good as what I was laboring over. The quiet brewing is a huge deal with a baby in the house. I can start a pot at 6 AM without worrying about waking her up. It's not totally silent, but it's way more subdued than I expected from a drip machine. And honestly, it just looks good sitting on the counter. Fellow clearly cares about design, and everything about this machine feels intentional. The interface makes sense, the carafe pours cleanly, the build quality is solid. You can tell they sweated the details. But here's what really sold my household on it: the guided brew modes. My wife actually uses them and makes her own coffee now. She's stoked about it, and I'm no longer the only person in the house who can make a decent cup. She's not dependent on me anymore, and that's been a game-changer for both of us. Whether she wants a single cup or I need to brew a full pot, the machine just handles it. There's an app too if you want to get nerdy with settings, but honestly the controls on the machine itself are so intuitive I barely use it. I guess what I'm saying is this: if you're committed to the manual brewing life and have all the time in the world, keep doing your thing. But if your life has gotten busier (kids, hosting, just wanting your mornings back) and you've been holding out because you don't want to compromise on taste, the Aiden is worth looking at. It's not replacing those Saturday mornings when I actually want to slow down and do a proper pour-over. It's replacing the weekday mornings when I just need good coffee without the ceremony. I wish I'd bought this thing a year ago.

Next level drip coffee
The Aiden is an excellent coffee machine. It looks great on the counter - compact and modern. We went with the white and it has a nice, matte finish. The presets for light/medium/dark roast are well calibrated, and being able to use one's own mug for the pour-over option is a bonus. It's also extremely easy to clean, with only two elements to worry about - the basket and the carafe. Had read some criticisms of the dial interface prior to purchase but we found it easy to navigate and intuitive to use. But the real test is the quality of the coffee, and the family agrees that the Aiden is a big improvement over our prior coffee maker. Highly recommended.

Porquería de cafetera!!! Adjunto video, se lee en foros qué mucha gente tiene el mismo problema y no resuelven, mucho menos el vendedor de cuarta que lo distribuye aquí en amazon

I have been wanting this brewer since its release and finally pulled the trigger! After the first brew, it has transformed my coffee workflow and makes great tasting coffee as advertised. I am pleasantly surprised at the feature set and over build quality of the machine. Fellow makes amazing coffee products and this is no exception. Highly recommended for sure!

The coffee machine itself is very sleek and has an abundance of brew options. However, for the price of this machine, you’d think you’d get longer than 45 mins of hot coffee. There’s no hot plate to keep it warm unlike my old $50 coffee maker which kept it warm for 2-3 hours, and the carafe does not do a good job at insulating. Huge disappointment for the money spent on this.

Love the precision on this coffee maker and by far best I’ve owned… best tasting cup of coffee I’ve made. Coffee can be customized temperature and coffee water ratio and few other variables which has an impact on taste. Also appreciate the quality in packaging … was nervous buying through Amazon as I’ve often received opened packages. However I saw its fulfilled directly by Fellow. Packaging and everything was brand new. I’d recommend a Fellow Aiden to any coffee lover. Only downside id say is the size of carafe. If you regularly make coffee for 5ppl / 5 full cups, this may not be for you.
