Update, we contacted the seller through Amazon. They quickly responded and within a week we had a replacement. Jen who responded was quick to answer questions and get the replacement shipped. We inflated it this evening and put it in the lake. We are in love with this floating dock. It’s perfect for lake living, sturdy and a great place to relax without worrying about the nibbling fish. Like others mention it is a bit slippery when wet but the construction is great. Looking forward to many years of use. Well, it’s sturdy and a beast. Sadly we found an inside corner leak near the netting seam before it was even put in the water. Attempted to patch but due to location it’s not an easy fix. Decided to plop it in the lake to check it out thinking I had sealed the leak but sadly it was still leaking. Discovered three other locations around that seam with leaks once it was in the water. I will update the review once we hear back and will hopefully have nothing but great things to say. Lemons happen. Hopefully they can make it right for us.

We use this at a family lake house. Twin hand pumps made filling it relatively quick - 6 - 7 minutes. Sturdy construction. Easy to stand on for both kids and adults. Great for relaxing on. 4 metal rings to attach to our anchor and 8 hand straps. I'd buy this again.

Great product and quality!

I've not had to add air, it stays firm/solid for the last month or so. kids use it to jump off and slid into the water. This thing is manageable to move by one adult or kid. It's less obtrusive than one of those huge trampolines & a whole lot less work to set up. The only thing I'd like is for it to not be white & blue. A solid green or blue would be nice to blend in better, less noticeable.

My 10x6.5 dock is a great addition to any beach party. However, due to that fact that you need pressure meter at 16, the hand pumps are hard to pump when you're reaching the end. If you don't have people willing to put in the effort to pump it up, you'll be exhausted before you get in. Also, my pumps start to unwind and air leaks as I'm pumping. I do find this discouraging for a product I spent 900$ on. Does anyone know of a better pump/ battery run pump for the beach.

This got a four because the thought of pumping this with the free hand pump is laughable. If you do not have an electric inflator, get one. Otherwise, great buy!! The net is sturdy and holds 6 adults comfortably. The deck are is large enough for plenty of people to lay out 3-4. Wish it can with a rope ladder instead of the pump! O bit difficult to get onto from the water. Attaches nicely to the boat. Plenty of handles if you want to hold on from out of the net area. Definitely recommend! Storage is not too bad with the straps included…a bit heavy for maneuvering around a boat but doable.

Love this dock. It fits comfortable laying down about 5 adults a few more if we are sitting around. You can stand, sit, lay without getting wet. We did have to buy a electric pump but well worth the time and energy it save’s doing the manual pumps it cane with. We have a tritune boat that we take it on. It takes about 8 minutes to blow up and 10 to take air out and fold up. We had a Lilly pad before this and there is no comparison to the ease and enjoyment of this floating dock! We love it!

Used this for 1 season (maybe 8-10 days of use) - 1 D-ring pulled out. - All 4 corners of the hammock tore as the stitching was poor. - Will never fold back down to fit in the straps it comes in - Takes forever to pump = almost passed out pumping it the first time and then never deflated it again.
