It worked decent enough for the first month. Its small, and you definitely cant fill it to the max, but if you leave some breathing room in there, it'll do the job. We didnt have much room, as I assume the case is with most people looking at this. Fast forward to yesterday... We have never had power issues in this house before, but I went downstairs to check if it was done; and it was off. It tripped the breaker. So I went and reset, and went to start another cycle, and I witnessed a large spark inside of the drum. Quickly unplugged it. While monitoring I started another cycle. No spark, okay cool. Well now after running this same load through 3 times, I think I know what created the spark. The heating element blew. The air being exhausted is no longer hot, or even slightly warm. I've reached out to support via Amazon; and will update here once I hear back. But for now thats the reason for 1 star
