When I first got the package, my instinct was to send it back due to the cost. However, I decided to give it a try and fell in love. Some background: I'm a single mom with a 6-year-old boy and 6-month-old pup. My mornings are usually hectic and I don't give myself the time I should to really get dolled up for work. This straightener has been a game changer. It takes me about 20-30 minutes to straighten my wet hair. It leaves my hair silky smooth and every time I use it I get compliments on my hair at work! It makes me feel like less of a hot mess.

Absolutely love this! I love that I can dry and straighten my hair at the same time! I don’t have to worry about drying it then using a hair straightener. It takes me about 20 minutes to do the whole thing due to having thick hair. My hair is so smooth and shiny after works. It had great power and it isn’t very loud which I love. The quality is top tier! This is your sign to buy!!

Huge timesaver! I am blown by how little time it takes to style my thick and wavy bob length hair. Drying + Styling took me about 20 minutes in total my first time using it, where it would’ve taken me 20 minutes just to dry my hair! The controls are intuitive and the weight didn’t tire my arm at all. The color is gorgeous and the machine is so sleek. However, the bulky power cable seemed a tiny bit cumbersome. This could also add to the weight/bulk when traveling. I had to also section fewer hair, than I typically have to with a flat iron and come back with the dry setting on a few wayward hair. But, none of this is a deal breaker for me. With how gorgeous my hair feels and looks, and with so little effort, I think it’s been worth the high price point. But, I do appreciate the $100 off for Memorial Day weekend, to make the deal sweeter!

This thing is incredible! I have wirey, wave grey hair and have a hard time getting it under control. This makes easy, quick work of it. I'm blown away. And because I am drying it while straightening it, my hair is subjected to less heat and damage. This is expensive, but so worth it!

Seems like a high quality tool, but it's pretty large. It was bought as a gift and was a bit unweildy for them so it was returned. That being said, it's a professional and may work great if you're using it on someone else rather than yourself.

Bought this for my partner and she loves it. Works well for her hair that is delicate to traditional heat generated straighteners. Doesn’t complain about the curl ability and has great value for its easy use

Just way to large to work with

I purchased this as a gift for my wife, who was in India at the time. I chose this specifically because it was advertised as a limited edition, making it a special gift. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. When my wife finally unboxed the product and plugged it in for the first time, the unit was completely dead and would not turn on. We followed all troubleshooting steps and contacted Dyson customer care, who advised that the product needed repair but required the purchase invoice. By this time, the Amazon return window had already closed since the product was kept sealed as it was a gift. I immediately contacted the seller multiple times requesting the invoice. It has now been over 8 weeks, with several follow-ups, and the seller has not responded even once. As a result, I am left with a very expensive, non-functional product and no support. This was my hard-earned money, spent with trust, and what was meant to be a thoughtful gift turned into stress and regret. I sincerely hope Amazon reviews and takes action against sellers like this so that other customers don’t face the same situation. I strongly advise buyers to be cautious when purchasing from this seller.

Pros: Straightens hair really well. My hair get shiny after using this product. Hopefully it damages hair less than other plate straighteners. It worked well on dry hair than wet hair for me. Cons: I wish there was an option to add attachment to this product. Would have loved to have a curling barrel with this product to add small curls at the end of the straight hair. Highly recommend this product.

Best straightener, no damage on my hair. Simply the best. It’s expensive, but this is the first straightener that didn’t damage my hair one bit. My hair goes from wet to dry really quickly and it’s beautifully styled. For reference, my hair is long, I have a lot of hair but it’s thin. Naturally wavy.

Price dropped 300 dhs the very next day! I mean 😭 why? I am so frustrated 😣 I received the air strait today and tried it quickly. Seems that it’s going to be my favorite item.
