Smells and taste odd
I've gotten these from other sellers but these literally smell and taste like diarrhea. I don't recommend this seller. You can get them from other ones that have zero taste and smell. I also don't feel the same on these as I do with other ones. I opened it and took two so I clearly wasn't going to try to return them because I don't think they would take them. If I could, I would. Normally I would just take these instead of coffee but I took these with coffee and felt zero effects. I think it made me feel so sick
Didn’t taste bad or anything going down like some vitamins do. I took 2 yesterday and 2 this afternoon with lunch. I noticed I was grinding my teeth most of the day after I took them, probably from the caffeine. A few hours later I ran a quick mile and did 100 squats, and now I’m laying on the bathroom floor feeling sicker than i’ve felt in loooong time. So Nauseous, dizzy, shaking, sweating. And weird feeling stomach cramps. So I’d say test these out for a few days and see how your stomach does before working out on them. I will not be taking them again

No crash or stomach upset.
I have been taking this for about 2-3 weeks. I try to take it 2x a day but most of the time I only take it 1x. Sometimes I forget a day or two. My clothes fit better. Work uniform pants falling down more. Energy is better than when I don't take it. No heart palpitations. No stomach upset (huge for me since I have IBS). They are capsules so even though they're big, they go down smoothly...will taste bad if they get hung up. Did I mention they come in a dark glass bottle?! That's good for supplements. Would be 5 stars if you got more doses out of a bottle. Will continue trying this and report back if my thyroid labs are thrown out of pocket (it shouldn't based on ingredients and when I take it).
