I love this brand. They are affordable and I can pronounce all the ingredients which I really appreciate! Everyone in my family has had an URI and I so far haven’t gotten it. I am a smoker and I do feel like these make my lungs feels better. They don’t stink and they don’t make me jittery. I don’t feel energetic but I don’t think you’re supposed to. They are normal size and easy to swallow. They are effective and I like that the j gradients are natural too!
