So far, I've been quite pleased with this unit. Alexa and the app respond rapidly, and integrating with Home Assistant was simple. It has good cooling capabilities for its size, and the inverter design keeps the power draw low enough to operate on a small generator or inverter with ease. Additionally, it's notably quieter than many of the conventional window units I've owned. Overall, a fantastic balance between energy efficiency and contemporary features, particularly when operating off the grid or in a backup power configuration.

Purchased two of these units for daughter's condo and super pleased with both of them. Easy to install and cools fast. The purchase of the 12000BTU units were a great match. Both cooled fast. App works great to turn off and on from anywhere. No need to purchase outside mounting brackets. These units install securely.

Very noisy. I own several Midea U shaped window ACs. They are whisper quiet. I expected it to be quiet being an inverter AC. Ery disapointed

AC unit does a very good job of cooling. Unit cools a 500 sq ft room to 72degrees on a 95 degree day and runs at a very low speed when set to Eco auto fan. It is a really nice unit.

Nice AC unit and fairly easy to install. Not the most quiet, I can definitely hear it running in the background but about the same noise level as having a fan run on a high setting. It did take a little bit longer to "flash cool" our living room than expected - about 1hr to have the temp go from 85 to 75 but it works well for our purposes. My only complaint is that it seems like I was sent a used unit - or at least the panel in the front has definitely been used - there are dirt marks all over the plastic framing that I didn't notice until we had already installed it. Rest of the unit seems new though.

I was skeptical on this in an RV, but this unit is a game changer. Bring on the heat cause this unit will cool it down!! I can adjust the temp when im away from the trailer.

This item came to me with previous other purchasers shipping labels still on the box but covered up. I was the third person to get this air conditioner. Also, it was damaged inside the box. The top rear area was bent in what looks like it was the recipient of a strong blow. I am very disappointed with this purchase. I did not return this item as I have needed it for the last month in order to sleep. Not sure how long it will last in working condition. It seems that it is not blowing as cold as it should. This could be a result of the damage. Very disappointed and unhappy.
