It worked great for 2 weeks and then started to leak when my pressure washer was off . I reached out to the seller and they gave me a refund and said keep the gun . I ended up opening the gun and taking out the spring that pushes the ball bearing and stops the water . I stretched the spring and installed it back with the ball bearing and the gun is working perfectly again !

I will try to be as honest as possible because I depend on other people's reviews and feel I want to help the best I can: In the last year I've bought a brand-new Ford Explorer and bought all the supplies to wash and wax it almost weekly. I got an electric Pressure Washer which is awesome, but the hose and wand seemed a little cheaply made. I wanted something that felt strong and worked well giving me the confidence to clean vehicle properly. When I use a tool, I enjoy the work part so much more using a quality made item as opposed to a cheap feeling item. This Wand Handle is great. It has some weight to it, feels strongly built and snaps into place easily and securely without any leaking. The draw or pull that is required seems stiff enough to feel like it's got a strong quality to it, and yet my hand has NEVER got tired nor have I even thought about it being uncomfortable once in all the car washes I've done.
