MARCATO Made in Italy Reginette 150 Attachment for Atlas 150 Pasta Machine, Chrome Steel

Like my other Marcato items, this works well. Don’t hesitate to by Marcato stuff, its well made, and does what it should.

Haven't used this cutter yet but th Macato pasta machine is a charm. Saves o much work and takes out the guess work on size.

It's a marcato so it works great. Fiddled around with the dough thickness to get the strands to separate through the cutter. Depends on the type of dough mixed. The first batch I made didn't turn out well. I rolled the dough a little too thin and the strands didn't separate after going through this cutter. Adjusted the thickness and then the strands separated better. The product is excellent and it was send quickly and undamaged by the seller.

All the pasta gets stucked on it. You gotta make it very thick and dry for it to not get sticked to the cutter. I do have other pasta shapes and I use the same dough and they come out perfect every time. I use this one, and it's 90% of the time a headache. I do love this shape. I just wish it worked better. For reference, I use the fettuccine one with the same dough and it works perfect.

I use it on my Norpro pasta machine it works well. It goes slow with motor running but doesn't get stuck. I'd like to buy more of these pasta attachments in the future. I make Asian style noodles with food grade lye in the dough, not the Italian style egg pasta. My noodles are as hard as or tougher than that. It doesn't need to be dusted with dry flour. I'm happy with this new addition to my pasta machine.

A great product -- fits Atlas 150 with no problem. Makes pappardelle 1/2 inch wide perfectly. I used to do this by hand, but the Reginette attachment makes it much easer. I like to use the 5 position of the Atlas, but a friend, who recommended the Reginette, prefers the 6 position, which also makes delicious pasta. You will not be disappointed with the Reginette Maker Attachment.

Great price. Works perfectly and got here a week before expected. It fits a little tight in the machine, but it works fine

I functions well however a black dust comes out on the right side making the pasta have black dots. I’ve been using it the third time only and the same thing happened. We removed the side plate held by a screw only and it was full of black metal dust. We cleaned it so hopefully that will resolve the problem. I love Marcato products and have a lot of them but this was a disappointment.

Quality attachment, however, your noodles will split if they have the right moisture content. This is hard to control if you make a bigger quantity of pasta. Works as intended. Did not get dirty as other say - will not get dirty if you get the dough made properly. The original machine as well as the attachments come with a plastic piece that guards, so the pasta does not get rolled back in.

Ich glaube, dass man über den Versand nichts sagen muss. Wie gewohnt erfolgte die Zustellung zügig (5 Sterne). Nun etwas zum Produkt. Der Name "Marcato" steht für Qualität. Anders wie bei Aufsätzen von anderen Nudelmaschinen sind die Zahnräder aus Metall. So läuft man nicht Gefahr, dass sich die Zahnräder abnutzen und nach kurzem Gebrauch defekt sind. Obwohl es den Aufsatz für Capelline bei anderen Herstellern mit 0,8 mm gibt, ist der Aufsatz von "Marcato" mit 1,0 mm durchaus ausreichend. Ich denke, dass 0,2 mm hierbei nicht ausschlaggebend sind. Gut, der Preis mag vielleicht etwas höher sein, dafür hat man aber auch ein langlebiges Produkt. Der Aufsatz macht was er soll Ich kann in jeder Hinsicht diesen Aufsatz empfehlen und in allen Kriterien (Versand, Produkt, Nutzung) nur 5 Sterne geben. Weiter so!!!
