Holley EFI Sniper Hyperspark Efi Ignition (556-151)

Excellent easy to install, directions were right on point made tuning easy and quick. Should have ordered this from the start car never ran better.

I have not fired up the engine yet. So far, it was pretty simple to install. I made a mount for it to put inside my glove box area without modification to the truck itself. I took out the black plastic piece in the glove box that holds all the stuff. It feels very well made. It has a nice weight to it and it feels like it's made out of aluminum on the outside.

At first when I installed it it wasn't working what I mean the light on the module was coming on but no sparks was getting to the spark plugs at first and then I discovered why I didn't put what kind of distributor I was using in to the Holly sniper computer system using the handheld screen when I did then it started working Sparks was getting to the spark plugs like never I seen it before I was so happy it was working good from February/ 7 to April/19/2021 and then it stopped working in the light on the module the orange light will not turn green or red when you turn the key and I paid $210 dollars for this module the spark plugs was not getting no power going to them and the over the phone technician told me some things I should check out like the white wire coming from the module disconnect that wire and put it on a ground source and he told me if the module still won't respond then it definitely that and I tried it still no response from module den I thought of the other thing that technician told me to check the ram signal on the digital handheld display so I did I saw no ram single when I go to crank my car so then I looked around the only way the Holley sniper computer system can tell when your engine is rotating during cranking have to be through the distributor because from the Holley sniper to the distributor has the crank signal wire running from it to the Holley sniper and that makes me suspect that the problem is right there inside the distributor the hyperspark EFI distributor I suspect that thing has a sensor inside that tells the Holley sniper computer system when your car's engine is moving if I'm right that sensor has going bad and that's why I'm not getting no ram signal. But the downside about this if your computer illiterate you have a bit of a hard time with this trying to figure this out I would have never had figured this out unless I read the instruction on my distributor that I was using the hyper spark distributor that I brought with the Holly sniper at first I thought something wrong with the module but that wasn't the case it was something I didn't do when it comes to the distributor that I install with the Holly sniper that I discovered.

Very much worth the $$$, installation can't be easier, Holley quality.

Plug and play, works great! easy to hook up.

Excellent quality. Easy installation.

Requires multiple initial timing settings. Still do not have it set up quite right. Currently Holly tech is very hard to contact. Videos make it look like plug and play, not so.. Called to find a long wait time so I emailed the tech line, over a week and no response.
