I take 2 of these at night right before I go to bed and it helps me fall right asleep! The drowsiness factor is why I take these at night instead of in the morning as recommended. And though it says to take on an empty stomach, I rarely do that, but these still work pretty well and like clockwork I have a healthy bowel movement every morning right when I wake up. It has a kind of sweet taste which is pleasant but doesn't really smell like anything. I have noticed though that I'm kind of cranky/mean after taking these, at least for the first couple days, so the claims that these affect mood are accurate. As for the weight loss claims, I haven't personally noticed any difference and I've been taking these for the past 5-6 months consistently. The selling point for these imo was definitely the price you pay for the quantity as well as the quality. So that said, I'll be purchasing this product for the foreseeable future!

Good price for great product!! Just in case you haven't heard...l.reuteri is not in most yogurts, usually Bulgarian has it. Two key issues it can help resolve are symptoms of depression (aids body's ability to create dopamine) and h.pylori treatment (instead of the triple therapy which, in my case, was harsh). Research is revealing!! Why has nobody told us, right?!! I'm employing it to stay ahead of any h.pylori revival, personally investigating how to make it using A2 milk.

A complete game changer. I’ve tried several different drugs to manage my gut health after getting surgery. Nothing has come close to working this well. It’s calmed down my gut to where I went from having bowel movements 20+ times some days to now I’m only going 1-3 movements a day. I’ve been able to stop taking several anti-diarrheals. I’m shocked on how big a difference this drug has made in my life.

It actually helped sooth symptoms of my dermatitis but, they were too strong made me feel nauseated and weird had to stop taking them after stop taking them the feeling lasted for 7 days til they were out of my system.

This little bottle is a life changer! I got great results on first day within an hour. Take it every morning for a normal predictable movement. I am impressed after trying many things not really expecting the perfect results I get with these little tablets. So easy and no side effects or issues on how to take.

Great product, making the william davis sibo yogurts. And taking it as is. no upset. clean flavors. no ill effects. long term not sure yet. just a few week in. It is a bit hard to smash into powder for the yogurts. Oh the review can't say both the gasseri and subtilice. Both are great.

If you are having intestinal tract problems I highly recommend this product. I've suffered with issues for forty years, not anymore since I started talking this supplement, my bowel movements are issues are gone, it's amazing how simple of a cure it was after so many years of suffering. Thanks for making such a great product.
