Perfect size pill

Sometimes it takes a while to feel the benefits of a vitamin or mineral supplement, but I felt the benefits of these without three days. Whether it's the placebo effect or not, I don't know or care. They seem beneficial, so I'll keep buying them. Work well, great price, that's positive reinforcement to continue.

However, I usually take it in the evening and notice that I've been sleeping better—meaning I don't wake up as much during the night—and my dreams are more pleasant.
