I recently purchased HK Vitals Omega 3 capsules, hoping to boost my health, but I deeply regret it. Almost immediately after taking them, I started experiencing the worst fishy burps imaginable. The taste is unbearable and lingers for hours, making it difficult to focus on anything else. It’s extremely unpleasant and has turned me off from ever wanting to try these again. For comparison, I’ve been taking Centrum brand Omega 3 capsules, and those were just excellent. While Centrum is a bit more expensive, it’s worth every penny to avoid the horrible fishy aftertaste that comes with HK Vitals. Save your money and invest in a better quality product.

I had a bad experience with this product. I don't know if it was due to my digestive condition or the quality of the capsules. After taking one capsule, I felt very sleepy and heard strange noises in my stomach. The next day, I noticed that the capsules in the box were stuck together like glue. I think it was because of the gelatin coating on the capsules. I don't think it is safe to consume these capsules when they are sticky. Also, there is no clear information about what type of gelatin is used for the capsules. This could be a problem for people who are allergic to gelatin. I would advise them to avoid these capsules until they get more details about the ingredients.

This product was causing me headaches and irregular loose motions.

Since there is no silica in the container and the capsules won't come out. They are spongy and stuck together. In earlier purchases I remember geting silica packet inside but this new container packing is not good.

Very bad product, I have taken only 1 capsule and then started feeling sick, and fishy burp and one hr I vomited. Bad smell Pls don’t buy this product

A rule of thumb to check the freshness of fish oil is to check its color saturation the darker the color the more the time it has been left out for between the harvesting of the fish and extracting it's oil to packaging it. I got all my capsules in a concerning dark yellowish orange color. This definitely isn't good for you.

this product not improve in my body so not a good product

I recently tested on a thermocol along with some other brands, it highly damaged the thermocol and not the type for human body. On right side, Hkvitals and on left side some other brand.
