I never wrote a review in my life but for this one exception happened it deserved I have too many lip liner from all possible brands from all over the world I will take a photo and show you but when I buy this one you can’t believe it is perfect enough that I won’t need any other lip liner from It’s long lasting too much smudge proof transfer proof nice colors even you can fill the whole lip with this as lipstick too it’s unbelievable cheap the quality about skin friendly is great it has all best features about lip liner I highly recommend

I like this lip liner more than I anticipated I would. Goes on smooth. Looks good. I can't comment on the lasting power because I just got it. I meant to buy one of this color and one of another color but accidentally bought two of this color and one of the other color. I'm liking this so much so far, I'm not mad about it. One of the lip liners can live in my purse, one can live in my makeup drawers at home. I LOVE that the cap snaps on! I'm sick of lip liners getting uncaped in my in-purse-on-the-go makeup bag and the point getting smashed all over the other items in the bag. This lip liner went on smoothly, looks good, didn't cost an arm and a leg, is vegan, and the cap snaps on. If it lasts reasonably well on my lips there really isn't anything else I can say about this. It's a win.

This Wet N Wild lipliner goes on smoothly like silk and stays on until you either wipe it off or (for example) eat an apple. For me it stayed on even when I ate food with a fork or spoon because I wasn't touching the liner. An apple, on the other hand, does touch it when eating and so it wipes off. I am pleased that the tip of the liner does not break off when applying it like some others I have tried. Also the price was very reasonable. The plum color would be attractive on any complexion. I would definitely recommend this product.

Love this lip liner. So soft and easy to apply. The only bad thing is that in summer it become way to soft and it will break easily when applied

I like this. its not sticky and the color stays in place very well. no smudging, quality is great and not super moisturizing since its so matte.

Nice color but not great for mature skin. I’m 49 and it bled into the fine lines around my lips. It’s on the brownish/natural and a little mauve in the color. Glides on smooth. It’s a ‘meh’ for me only for the ‘bleeding into fine lines’ part 🫤

I was pleasantly surprised by this lip pencil. The Perfect Pout pencils are excellent and stay where you put them. It's helpful to note the same is NOT true of Wet n Wild's other lip pencil lines. No luck with those at all. But these are as good or better than the more expensive pencils I have. They apply easily. The formula is neither soft or too firm. I wish they had many more colors, though. Great price!

I love these lip liners, the color is perfect, lasts all day. Best lip liner I've ever bought. I can't ever find this shade at CVS and was overjoyed to find it here.

Wet n Wild 651B Perfect pout gel lip liners... Bare To Comment UPDATE: the colour seems to have changed - I just received a darker pigment than previously (same colour family, same shade ID on item package). A winner - it applies smoothly, lasts well and prevents feathering, thanks to the gel formula. This shade "Bare To Comment" is a good neutral for a fair complexion, and works unobtrusively with a number of nude/tan/pinkish-brown lipstick shades. It defines the edges of the lips without being obvious, and doesn't scream that you are using lip-liner if your lipstick doesn't survive a meal. I prefer it to the L'Oreal Paris Colour Riche Lip Liner, or the lip-liner pencils. As the product is not like a harder pencil it's best not to extend the tip too far, to avoid breaking. The price makes it affordable to experiment.
