Ranch has replace ketchup as the favorite condiment in our house and this takes it up a notch! It's great for dipping stuff like wings and nuggets, and also great for putting on sandwiches and burgers.

We love Hellmann’s and we love ranch. You combine the both and we have a winner!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Other ranches are better, a little pricey

The Hellmann’s Chicken Tender Buttermilk Ranch Dip is a good product that tastes exactly like you’d think it taste. For me, where it lacks, is the value proposition - the estimated retail price of this bottle is around $4. That puts the cost per ounce at nearly 40 cents. Compare that to the cost of the leading brand ranch dip which likely comes in at under 20 cents per ounce, and does it better because it is truly a dip. This Mayonnaise style dip is very thick, like toothpaste thick. It spreads easily, but I wouldn’t consider it a dip. For those reasons, I have to give it a 4/5 rating.

This mayonnaise based ranch style sauce is something I have found myself putting on everything I eat. It is excellent on sandwiches, French fries, salads, really everything. It has become my favorite ranch sauce and I have recommend it to all the restaurants I eat at. It has a very nice consistency that is not too thick and not too thin, it is just right. It has a slightly off white appearance similar to other ranch sauces I've had in the past. The bottle also is well designed and doesn't leak or waste any sauce. Overall I am a big fan of this sauce.

Very disappointed purchase. Ordered for Christmas gifts (12/2025) only for the recipients to let me know that, at least, one of the four bottles that I ordered for them, expired in Jan 2026.

This dip has a distinct buttermilk ranch flavor and is very thick and creamy. Great for chicken tenders or a sandwich etc. but may also work well in a recipe where plain mayo is required. A little pricey compared to store brands, but worth it to me. Great overall!
