WowWee What's That Smell? The Party Game That Stinks - Scent Guessing Game For Adults & Families

Bought this for my kids for Christmas and honestly it was a great buy. We have a ton of games so I'm always on the lookout for something different we can all play for ages 6-15. This is one of their favorites. I'll be honest though, those four really stinky cards I hid beneath the insert in the box. One of them permeated the entire living room and I couldn't get it in the zip lock bag fast enough - but they had a blast! It's super fun and my 10 year old has requested to play this every night the past week and everyone is game. But word to the wise, only use those four really stinky cards if you're game to and have a solid stomach. Also make sure you have that zip lock bag ready to go before you crack that seal. They stink.

My kids and I LOVE this game!! Rules are easy to understand and it gets tons of laughs. THROW away the 4 really smelly cards that come individually wrapped. They literally make you gag and makes game less enjoyable. Instead of the overall winner making someone smell one of them, have them pick something silly for someone to do or say instead. I think its just too cruel to make another player smell 3 TIMES a card that smells like a dirty diaper, bad b.o. or hot vomit Gross!

Was an interesting game to say the least! The hall of shame cards needed to be packaged and stored differently as they all smelled similar (the 4 of them) also, needs a very meticulous child to put it away after use otherwise more than one use is unlikely. Otherwise, this game is funny and nice new twist on board games.

Super fun party game.... Have a cup of coffee beans available to sniff between rounds.

It’s a fun game but some smells are a bit off. For example the diaper blow out just smells like urine. The gas smells like something burnt. And lemon one is very, very faint. You can barely smell anything. Smells more like cardboard than lemon. The game has a lot of potential but the smells are faint or very off the actual smell. Also the scratchers make the smell on the other cardboard smell like cardboard lol if that makes sense..? Also this is a game you play a handful of times because then you already know what the smells are and you know what to expect. It’s not very hard to forget. Wish the smells were more similar to the actual smell and that there were more options. Also this game is better in teams. You get a second opinion of the smell and can guess more accurately.

So I purchased this game because I work at an adult day health program . I wanted to have the clients use their different senses besides seeing and hearing. This game definitely did it! The smells are dead on! Including the very stinky ones, but it's a fun game. We have not officially played the game the way you're supposed to but of course we had to smell all the cards!

The scents are unique and definitely challenging to identify, making for lots of fun. It’s easy to set up, and the game play is simple, perfect for family gatherings. A great choice for anyone looking to add some smelly fun to their next get together.

I really liked the concept for this game. You pass around different scents and whosever guess is closest to what it is (or what the game says it is) gets points, and the loser has to smell something gross. I thought this would be a good way for my family to fine tune it's sense of smell. First off, my 6 year old refused to play because he didn't want to smell one of the bad smells (I think specifically it was the hot chunky vomit card). The rest of the family played, for the first and last time. Some of the cards did not smell right at all (bad breath did Not smell like bad breath for starters) and all the cards smelled very strongly have chemicals. After we were done playing I could still smell the weird cloying chemical smell and was nauseous for an hour. Very disappointed. If the company can find a way to get the scents right, without the nasty chemical smell, I'd be into this again.

Es un juego muy bueno, entretenido, me ha encantado hasta cuándo me sale algo muy apestoso para oler.

This game is hilarious, my kids love it. Some of the smells are super strong while others are little more subtle.

Me decidí a comprarlo a pesar de leer varias críticas en contra. He de decir que lo disfrutamos en familia y las 6 personas que jugamos, nos divertimos mucho. Es cierto que cuando llevas un rato ya te saturas de tantos olores y cansa, como todo, pero está bastante conseguido y no es tan difícil de acertar el olor o las opciones al olor principal que en cada tarjeta te proponen. Los malos olores no son tan desagradables como me imaginaba, hay 4 que se supone son los peores, aunque tampoco son excesivos, los cuales vienen con cuatro bolsitas para que una vez abiertos los guardes. Es muy sencillo de jugar y su precio no me parece elevado. Lo recomiendo como alternativa a los juegos de siempre.

... schlechte Umsetzung. Die Kärtchen mit den verschiedenen Gerüchen riechen irgendwie alle gleich. Außerdem passen viele Gerüche nicht. Selbst wenn man weiß, nach was ein Kärtchen riechen soll, kann man den Geruch nicht nachvollziehen. Dann gibt es ein paar "Strafkarten" mit ganz üblen Gerüchen. Eine davon war tatsächlich echt übel, die anderen haben mehr oder weniger nach gar nichts gerochen. Nach ein paar Runden haben wir aufgehört, da das Ganze aufgrund der schlechten Umsetzung keinen Spass macht. Seither haben wir das Spiel auch nicht mehr heraus geholt.
