My 16 year old son has been taking these for about two weeks. Initially, he was a little skeptical of the taste, but there has been no complaints since the first try. The thing i really hate is the fact that the gummies are totally stuck together as other reviewers similarly commented. I have to dig them out and end up getting gummy-goo under my finger nails. Yuck! In terms of effectiveness, I haven't noticed anything significant, maybe a slightly increased level of motivation but our son wasn't a total beast to begin with.... not sure yet if I'll re-order or not....

I started giving these to my 13 yr old son because he won’t eat many fruits or vegetables. He doesn’t like the taste of these and I tried them and they are kind of yucky. They don’t really have a flavor just a weird taste. That’s making it hard for him to stay consistent in taking them. I don’t think I will buy these again because the cost isn’t worth him not taking them and they are just sitting there. They are small but sticky. It does have good nutrients and would most likely be beneficial if he would take them.

I have kids that can't hand the texter and taste of most vitamins. These one LOVES the taste and tester of and the other is great with the texter and ok with the taste. Both have already seen an improvement in overall mood after 7 days. I personally had my kids take them at night so it they had any problem to start with they would be sleeping. Then I will change them to mornings a month in. Great quality ingredients, small SOFT gummy that has been easy to take. This has helped my kids have the balance they need to wake up in a better mood with energy and almost even some joy.
