Because they’re freeze-dried, the colour is vibrant and the pieces stay beautifully crisp until used, making them perfect for both baking and finishing desserts. They work brilliantly in cakes, biscuits, desserts, yogurt, porridge, smoothies, and even crushed into a powder for decorating or flavouring icing. A small amount goes a long way, and they rehydrate well without turning mushy. I also really like that they’re 100% natural, raw, and free from preservatives, which makes them feel like a premium, clean ingredient rather than a processed one. These freeze dried raspeberries are expensive but worth it. They taste really nice. Good quality, although it is a bit messy and colour is everywhere. So far, it does not mess on baking so colour does not spread on cakes. Have to use 1-2 tablespoons on each cake. But tastes very very nice.

Not impressed with these, tough and gritty. Wording misleading too, whole pieces, well, yes, of course they are, whole raspberries, no.

Advertised as 250grams, only 50grams delivered. Complete rip off!
