I am remodeling my house and the current handles have a circle backing that goes on the door. These were perfect because the square backing of these covers the indentions of where the only handle used to be. They are sleek and look expensive. There is a white film on some of the pieces which made me think they were white at first but you just have to peel that off. I installed myself and it was very easy, but the door holes were already there. It does come with a template to cut door holes. I am very happy with this and would buy these again. Also a great price compared to lowes.
