These are some great pain relief pads that use gentle warmth. I will purchase these again. They helped me when I needed the comfort from cramps. The quality of the pads seems to be great. The heat-up time was instant and gradual.

My daughter has severe cramps. These have worked great for my daughter. She also likes that she can wear it without anyone knowing If she wears it to school. This might improve her attendance!

REALLY HELPFUL FOR CRAMPS! The patch is decently big but covers the area enough ensuring heat retention! I’ve tried other heated patches and this is by far my fav!

These patches work surprisingly well/quickly. Every time they have been used, the heat stayed consistent for about 6 hours, then slowly went down in temp. Depending on your pain tolerance, it may be a little too hot. For me, it’s just what I need for pain relief. Great value for the money compared to the midol patches.

I usually don't write reviews. I save them for the great things I find. THIS IS A GREAT FIND!!! I can't say enough about these heat pads. I'm using them in conjunction with a back brace to provide heat relief to my lumbar pre surgery. All but one pad has lasted for 8+ hours each. Some have lasted 10+ hours. The longest lasting one went for 14 hours. These pads are a blessing. The heat provides constant warmth without needing an electric heat pad. I have some mobility back as I wait for anterior lumbar fusion. I LOVE THESE !

No, thank you! Unfortunately, the lack of adhesiveness defeats the purpose of the patch. Yes, when you attach the patch to your underwear heat is emitted, however the patch will not stay attached which makes the heat pointless. In terms of the heat low, it is warm enough to feel, but not super hot. I’m disappointed overall because I was truly hoping that this product would be effective so that I could get some comfort on the go for my menstrual lower back pain. Purchase at your own risk.
