Started making sour dough and these tools were fantastic. Came with additional tools. Worked fantastic for bread making. All tools provided were used in one way or another.

Great little beginner kit for sourdough or any artisan bread baking. Banneton is nice with the cover. The Dutch whisk is sturdier than more expensive single models I've had so that's really nice. Bowl scraper is a little to stiff for what i need and frankly it broke in 30 seconds, cheap plastic. Metal bench scraper, always useful to have another one, seems to be well made. Cleaning Brush, well always handy but if you are flouring your banneton liner properly no dough or liquid will be reaching the rattan part, wish it was a little deeper but good for beginners. Lame, I really wish 1, had instructions, two, plastic case for the blades would be nicer and safer, and if the Lame itself had a elbow hook at the top to secure the blade when you are doing your scoring, as is, blade can come off, so I'm knocking a star off for safety of the sharp object. Other than the lame blade issues, I'd say this would be a great way to get kids into baking bread, or let your adult self enjoy fresh made bread, with the tools and tricks of the trade. Rise to the challenge and have some fun.

What’s not to like?!?? Quality is great for the price! Comes with everything pictured but my bread! 😅 can be utilized for all your dough proofing needs. Assembly of the blade is super easy too! Functional and durable. The extra blades and cleaning brush makes this set even better.

As a beginner sourdough baker, I love this kit! The banneton basket and tools are sturdy and easy to use, and my dough turns out beautifully. I usually am making a 750g loaf and it fits great. Perfect for anyone just getting started. Great value and results!

I'm not sure yet what all the tools are for but the banneton is great. This was a great starter kit for me
