This can be for a wide range of ages. I would say between 8-12 years would enjoy it most. It was a huge hit for the 8 year old I bought it for. From the moment they opened the box, they were excited! It was well organized and felt like a real "spa day" experience for them. It kept them happily engaged for more than an hour. It was nice because they could create something new that is usable and took them away from wanting to watch TV. Actually kind of fun! I did this with my daughter who is 5 and a half years old. The product actually turned out nice and lip balm that both her and I use regularly. Definitely a hands on project with the kiddos.

Lip whip was my favorite part, it moisturized longer than the products I buy in the store. The only disappointment was the containers for the lip scrub were too small and did not fit all of the completed mix. We ended up using tupperware to store the rest. It was surprisingly easy to make. Although we were disappointed there was not more color options, there are only 2 tiny containers (red and blue)

7 year old LOVES this. Easy enough for her to make almost by herself and the end product is just as good as store bought chapstick. Would totally recommend for crafty kids who like to DIY!

This is really nice and fun to do with your kids. If they are a little small, they will need some supervision. Love the fragrance and the texture. it is very smooth.
