This was recommended by our doctor while we were trying to conceive our son. I took this alongside the male version my husband was on during the testing and waiting period before IVF. In less than two months, we got a positive pregnancy test and ended up not moving forward with the procedure. Now that we’re trying again, this was an easy decision to come back to. It’s gentle, well-formulated, and something I truly trust. Everyone’s journey is different, but this was an important part of ours.

I got these as something similar to the $90 monthly ones my OBGYN recommended. Be aware your urine will be bright yellow. Lol. And take with food absolutely.

These do smell like cat pee and they are large, but I will say they have helped regulate my cycle. I have PCOS and since taking them for 3 months I have had 2 periods. Amazing considering I hadn’t had a period in over a year. I’m also ovulating. I have made lifestyle changes such as working out and eating healthier, but I give credit to the pills.

Good vitamin content, but the two times I was nauseous the entire pregnancy, i took these in the beginning and in the middle of the meal. Came straight out :/

It's hard to tell what the actual cause is, but the person who used them got pregnant on the first attempt (35 yo) and did not have any nausea during the first trimester. Clearly is not all due to the vitamins but did a lot of research online and these are shown as consistently very good quality ingredients and cover everything that is vital. Recommend switching to Theralogix TheraNatal Complete once pregnant.

I saw this brand recommended by other women going through IVF so gave them a try. I was very pleased with them. No fishy taste or weird side effects. I could take these at any time of day and feel fine, though I think it’s always best to take vitamins with food. I am 35, have low egg count, and needed great egg quality for the eggs we did retrieve. I think this definitely supported my egg health. At every stage of the journey my doc was shocked at how well my embryos were doing. Retrieved 18, 15 mature, 12 blastocyst, 6 euploid! Much better than the 2 embryos I was predicted to have with my stats. These vitamins worked great!!! I also took ubiqunol, vitamin d, and fish oil.

First off, I have been taking these vitamins for the last 5 years — so I have seen the formulations go through changes. And most of those changes were not really worth writing about (the worst one was when the tablets seemed to turn darker brown when I took them out of the bottle and put them in my weekly pill case). But this formulation I received recently — I think they did away with some sort of coating on the tablets. These are so difficult to swallow. It takes a ton of liquid and the last 2 times I’ve had to remove the tablet from my mouth (and it tastes terrible without coating) and basically restart to try to swallow them. They just were not going down. Theralogix, please bring back some sort of coating on these tablets. Maybe it’s a cost-savings measure, but I personally can’t continue to buy these if they stay this difficult to swallow.

I like that these pills are easy to swallow and as long as I take them before or after food, they digest smoothly. Without eating soon before or after, they can give me an icky feeling. My tip is to take it with orange juice to help you absorb the iron. I am seeing reviews complaining because some minerals are missing and that they can’t use them for pregnancy. This is completely ignorant. For starters, these are literally marketing for preconception. It’s like getting upset because the sports coupe you bought when single can’t fit your family of five. Your dietary needs change once pregnant and even throughout pregnancy so using the same pill for everything is unreasonable. Secondly, it doesn’t have calcium bc calcium blocks iron absorption which is why quality prenatal vitamins will either have very low calcium levels or none at all. You wouldn’t expect to get all the nutrients you need to be healthy in one bite of food so why would you expect that from a single vitamin? Supplementation should be spread throughout the day just like you eat throughout the day. Vitamins are supplements, not meal replacements. Great job Theralogix for making a great product!
