!!!! ACTIVE THE IMEI ON YOUR SIM !!!!
After reading reviews I was concerned that the phone would not be compatible with metro pcs in the u.s. However I think where alot of people are having an issue, is seeing it not work as soon as you put the SIM card in.... you must call your phone carrier and have the IMEI (specific to the device) synced with the SIM card with you phone number or it will not work. After taking those steps the phone works perfect. Nice phone for cheap when in need of emergency back up.

Buyer beware. But great phone otherwise
Great phone! I've always loved Samasung. But BEWARE that this one is not compatible on Verizons network. It's not able to have a phone number added to it because it is a 4G phone. I was unaware of this beforehand.

No complaints for sim outside of U.S.
I bought this for a teen family member in Trinidad. She popped in their sim card and it works great. It’s primarily used for TikTok, making calls, and text. She had it for a month and has not had any issues. I am going to buy myself one to use when I travel there again because my AT&T service doesn’t work well there anymore.

Good phone even ran over it with my car and still didn't break had case they gave me and all and still worked

Best price and product
This is a good phone in this price tag. I bought this for my travel to India and use it there as Android works much better with both esim or sim options. Great looking phone.

Couldn't be activated for phone service at us cellular or T-Mobile
Nothing wrong with the product itself. Returning it because it said it was unlocked for all mobile carriers. I took it to T-Mobile and it was not able to be activated for phone service.
