Would not release my hair.
My hair would just get caught and I would have to fight to get it loose. Very frustrating.

This makes hair styling super easy!
I have thin, frizzy, colored hair and lots of it! This styling tool, along with a minimal amount of baby detangler product, cleans up my curls and gives me a professional look from my own bathroom. And the length of the cord makes it easy when I travel and the outlet is not near the mirror. Not sure how well this works for straight hair, but if you have stubborn curly hair, this could be the appliance you require to whip that hair in shape!

Love this curler!
I bought this curler about 12 years ago and absolutely loved it. The curler started making loud noises and quit working so I had to buy a new one. I bought a different brand one at first because it was half the price. It was awful! The curls fell flat and straight within an hour. I returned it and bought this one. I absolutely love it, just like the old one. Only issue (which is why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5) is that it makes a noise when it sucks the hair in. The old one didn't make a loud noise when it brought the hair in. Not sure if there is something wrong with it or if thats just the way the newer version is.

I can't live without it because of the practicality of the product!!! My hair thanks me with beautiful curls, when I make it everyone asks and the curls last all week in my hair, amazing

It’s Okay
Product is a little bulky and switched to the Tyme curler shortly after purchasing this. My hair would get caught a lot and there was more of a learning curve with this as opposed to the Tyme.
