Very unlike any flour you would ordinarily bake with. It’s a cross between icing sugar and rice flour. But if you’re gluten intolerant it’s a must, I just don’t know how to use it properly. As I’m actually not gluten intolerant I won’t be using it again

It is a good substitute for ordinary flour.

Really liked this product as well packaged and easy to use. First time trying to make bread and was very impressed by this product

Terrible quality: suffered from stomach pain, headache, etc. I simply dumped the rest of the flour into the rubbish bin.

The gluten free flour is great. The price is rather questionable - the same product costs just £2 at Sainsbury’s. Do your research before buying.

I've been buying this for years, it's so light and makes delicious shortbread that is so crumbly and delicate (and I hate shortbread). It's super diverse and doesn't feel heavy on the stomach
