Not so effective

Product not good tastewise, also too much burping after consuming this. Not recommended to whoever looking out for cost effective gainers.

hello everyone, this is my 2nd mass gainer and this time around I was a bit serious as a college hostler student its hard to maintain a diet so I chose the supplements way and this is a review after the end of mass gainer today i finished the packet. so what my thoughts are: take scoops at least 2 per day with somewhat of additional protein like eggs or banana with milk. plenty of rest and a good workout Results: I took it every day after my workout and in around 15 days it showed resulted in my weight increasing from 63.5 to 65.8 kg, well I wasn't able to measure it at the end that's bad. anyways for me, it worked but I still want to try 2-3 others before fixing to one, so, choose wisely edit: I weighed again and the final result is 63.5 -> 65.8 -> 66.4 Kg

It's a humble request to all the guys who is on mass gain don't use this mass gainer as it contain cheap maltodextrin i didn't know it's side effects but it has several side effects as it causes bloating and diarrhea it is very hard to digest so please please please avoid this
