I replaced my Sundown Salt 4 with this amp. Holy Cow! If you're in the fence, know that you wont find any amp capable of this much clean power anywhere close to $400.00. Make sure you have a good electrical setup cause it takes power to make power. But its stupid powerful at budget price.

Ok I'm an old school boomer. I started back in 1990 with my first ride and MTX amps and sub. I've never stopped adding extra bass to my cars and trucks. I have to say since I seen the 1500 reviewed online with high efficiency results and more power than advertised. Anyways I connected the 2000 up to a pair of 12" dual 2 ohm VC Rockville 2000w RMS subs each in their own 1 CF sealed sub box purchased here. OMG I seriously have been taken back to my HS days with this insane amount of bass that even I find hard to push to the max. I love the clean tight bass but it's fun to rumble till your eyes blur. Now I'll say the efficiency is excellent as my previous amp Skar (3000w RMS) would power draw too much current and still not get even close to how this amp performs. The Skar would dim my electrical system and the Stinger doesn't even seem to phase it. This is a great amp. Now I haven't had it installed very long, maybe 4 weeks now so expect an update if things go south.

Works better than advertised. Small size allows easy install. Excellent build quality. Very clean sound output. Running a pair of 15" Ultimax's at .8 ohms and it barely gets warm. It IS power hungry so make sure power wires are quality and fuse is at least 200 amps.

This amp is absolutely impressive for the price! I spent days researching for an entry level amps that had enough wattage. After watching some videos where they do some amp, Dino runs with this particular amp… I was thoroughly impressed. Not only did it meet its claimed wattage… It went above it. On one Dyno pool they were able to pull 2800 Watts out of this little bad boy. But here’s the most impressive part about this amp. When I was hooking it up, I cannot believe I made this amateur mistake. I was so used to my power hook ups from my old amp and I wasn’t paying attention for whatever reason when I was hooking this one up. Get straight to the point I accidentally made contact with the hookups backward with the power. (I have two huge high amperage batteries in my diesel truck) you know I saw an explosion of Sparks and I just jumped out of my skin. So I sat there…. Thinking about how much of a rookie move I made. I proceeded to hook it up correctly and there were no sparks lol… I thought for sure that I blew that brand new amp I just bought… To my surprise it’s reverse. Polarity protection was so good that it works perfectly fine. What an amazing piece of equipment this thing is. Cannot beat the price per watt.

Running this amp on a skar audio dual evl 8 inch subs in 2018 silverado crew and it sounds amazing. The amp is overkill for these speakers barely turned up not even 1/2 way on gains..but it sounds incredible..dont hesitate these amps are powerful. I could have ran the 1500 and still be overkill for power.Amazing amplifier will be purchasing 4 channel in future for my doors

Do not buy this, it broke 2 weeks in to using it, they didn’t refund me at all had me run in circles for 4 months and then ripped me of 600$. Horrible product and I will never be touching a stinger product again.

Ordered this to take the spot of another similar in power amps place that was replaced twice. So far it has lasted 2-3x as long so I’m guessing it was made right! It also puts out amazing sound as if it has a tighter bass response it sounds great for the loudness, definitely considering some more Stinger amps in the future.

It's a strong amp for strictly bass songs or hip hop. It's a little muddy and not as deep but it hits hard. It's great for hip hop but I play a lot of reggae and rock songs as well. It didn't hit the higher notes and the notes were slightly off key. The amp stayed cool even when playing it hard. Had gain to about 70%. There was a big gap from subs to highs. There wasn't really a mid. Last amp I had was a Rockford fosgate R2 1200w mono and it filled in all the gaps and the notes were accurate and a lot smoother. The stinger was a bit harsh and produced thud like sounds during bass beats.

I bought this amp to replace my JL 1000/1 JD. It hits the lows nice and deep, it doesnt catch the mids highs too well. Def good for hip hop music. As for reliability, only time will tell. Also Stinger only offers a 1 year warranty.
