I need it darker can I put a stain over this?

Once it dries, you probably could. I don’t see why not, anyways.

I have vinyl that has shifted leaving big gaps. Will this work in gaps?

Yes! This is what we’re using it for. We have some large gaps throughout our house, so we’ve ordered a good 3-4 bottles. It is quite messy to work with, though.

Can this be used to fill gaps and reduce clicking in click vinyl flooring?

I’m not sure about any clicking sounds, but we are using this to fill gaps in our vinyl flooring where the click-in boards have separated, and it seems to be doing the job so far. Do note, though, that this stuff is more liquid than you’d think, and it’s quite messy.
