This is honestly the only TRUE touchless foaming wash that I've found. Mix it up exactly how they say put it on the highest foaming level there is and Drench your whole entire vehicle fast let it sit 5 minutes put on your 40° tip on your pressure washer and blast it all off then grab your leaf blower 180 mph plus is recommended soon as you blow all that water off you'll have a spotless car This company has been by far the best value and results in general, in my opinion, and that goes for their rinseless wash as well. I will be a longtime buyer from now on for these two products. You get plenty of washes, and the car stays clean for quite a while. I highly recommend OPT, and I've tried them all. I won't mention any names, but think of all the ones that are really high-priced, and you'll know what I'm talking about. Hope this helps you out, and dilution ratio is key when it comes to this company's products, so keep that in mind as well. Once you get the car all cleaned up and have a bottle mixed up of their instant detailer which is a dilution ratio 8 oz per gallon of the rinseless wash blue liquid, once you get home carry a few fresh clean microfiber towels with you and that bottle of instant detailer mixed up in your trunk, spend 5 minutes or less every night, not even 5 min sometimes. I promise your car will be spotless everyday no matter what unless of course you hit some rain or what not but you know what I mean.

I use this for prepping vehicles before we vinyl wrap or apply paint protection film on. This stuff works great as a wash and dewaxer. Easy to use formula. Gets very foamy

As a Car Wash Soap, it's pretty good. It would rate a 4 star, at least, just as a car wash soap. But as a "Touchless" soap, not so much. It's not a touchless soap. It cleans as well as any quality soap, but it's no BIlt Hamber Touchless. Hence the "3" rating, because it's advertised as touchless and it's not. It will not eliminate road grime without agitation.

As a professional detailer this products has found a permanant place in my arsenal as a pre-wash rinse. It is safer and just as effective as APCs or foam rinses as a pre-rinse before a hand wash. However, its not a true touchless wash solyion and a bit oversold. If it were sold as an Optimum Pre-Wash, I'd give it 5 stars. Its just going to disappoint people hoping for a spray on rinse off "ta dah! all done!" experience. But if you want something that loostens the majority of dirt and grime with great lubrication to pressure rinse safely prior to a hand wash, this is a great performing and cost effective product for that purpose.

Ok, let's deal with the elephant in the room. These reviewers out here bashing the product stating don't do it, or stop. Read what little they had to say, then read the product label and instructions. Pretty straight forward. Nowhere on the bottle/label does it say it is rinseless or you just let it air dry. This was my first use of the new (to me) Optimum Decon Touchless product. I have used a lot of OPT products over the years and they have all been solid. Very solid as a matter of fact, and that's because the founder and owner has a PHd in organic chemistry and literally helped develop the modern paints used in automotive applications today. I spoke with them at length at SEMA several years ago before using the products then. They know what they're doing. This product is no different. I was apprehensive about it being "touchless", so with my new AVA pressure washer & foam cannon, I figured why not. I mixed it at the 4:32 ratio as per the instructions into the AVA foam cannon. Gave the car a quick rinse again, per the instructions for the touchless wash, then hammered on the foam. I was shocked at the thick, shaving cream like foam I was getting as I honestly wasn't really expecting it. Also, it was pushing 90f out in full So Cal sun and the car was very warm. Normally I won't wash my car in the sun at all, especially direct sun. I went ahead and did it anyway to really test this stuff. Gave it a few minutes to dwell as it suggests, which again, I was apprehensive about in hot, direct sun, then gave it a rinse with a 40° nozzle. From there, you can see exactly the results as I first blew the car off with my 80v greenworks pro blower, then dried with a Grant's large microfiber drying towel from HFT. Zero residue, zero spots on the wheels or glass, which was the biggest surprise since that's what I always fight due to tap water and direct sun. I don't use a DI filter for my water, I just get after drying it right away. Seriously surprised at the end results. I've yet to try any of the other ratios or uses as I don't really intend to pump foam or bucket wash with this product. I literally am using it for foaming and touchless washing. As for the scent, it's quite light to be honest. I had heard it's very strong, but that wasn't the case for me, but each person is different. I definitely don't pickup on any apple smell, more just soap. Perhaps the Amazon description for scent is incorrect, who knows. It lived up to the promise of being touchless and OPT delivered another great product. It saves a lot of time, so the value is absolutely there and it did exactly what it said, cutting through a week or so worth of grime, dust and the rain we got last night, so it's very effective. I would recommend it to anyone looking to get the job done with ease and speed. I'll be watching for those periodic lightning deals, you can count on that. Well done OPT!!

Great pre wash , nice aroma

It left the worst water stains and dried super fast (not in the sun) don’t waste your money on this stuff . I’ve never had this kind of problem out of my normal soap from chemical guys

Professional Detailer here. Been using Optimum products for almost a year now, starting with ONR and Opti-Coat. Ordered this Touchless solution as I start doing more pressure wash. Really like it - solid lather, polymers act same way as ONR, so dirt/grime just slides off the paint. Have use as a true touchless wash (for quick maintenance details) as well as a contact wash in preparation for bigger jobs (clay, polish, ceramic coating). Leaves the car looking with that silky, drippy-wet finish. Highly recommend.
