Too short, too thin, too small, too flimsy
The instructions are not very clear. So it makes it quite difficult to install. This is made for wheelchair users and yet if you use a wheelchair, it's very difficult to install. They also don't take into consideration that not everybody wants to install it on the arms of the wheelchair. Personally I put the arms of my chair up when I move myself as I manually push my chair. Otherwise they would get in the way so I have to attach this to my leg rests. The arm piece is extraordinarily short. Which means it now rests by my knees. They need to make it longer. You can always bend it so it doesn't go up too far but you can't extend it. So better to make it longer since you can always bend it to create a shorter amount but you can't unbend it. So they really need to make this thing longer. Installing it is absolute hell. It's ridiculous even for an able body person. They have all of these extreme measures to have it hooked solid onto your wheelchair and then they have this extremely flimsy tiny cheap piece of plastic that's about 1/8 of a millimeter wide that just barely slides over and that's supposed to hold the back piece that hold your phone on it. So sure it'll stay on your wheelchair through a hurricane but if you sneeze your phone will fall off..... Then to open and close it to put a phone inside of it you have to do this whole ordeal of twisting and turning it. It should just have a lash you can flick open and close like every other phone holder in the entire planet but it doesn't. So that's a whole nother ordeal like being handicap is not enough of an issue. Then if you dare to have a phone case on your phone then you can just forget it. It can't handle it. Your phone has to be as thin as a piece of paper for it to be able to handle it. And then the actual part that goes around your phone is so flimsy it has the strength of a piece of tissue paper. So even if you take off your phone case in order to get it in here, it will bend and warp and snap because it just can't handle it. I do not suggest this item at all. I do not recommend it at all. It is too short. It is too difficult to install. There's no ease of use. It has no value for it. It has no durability. No quality. The functionality is pretty much non-existent. You can't use it for a phone case. It is not easy to adjust. Difficulties taking in and out your phone. It's just a complete mess. I suggest looking elsewhere.

first one arrived broken, but seller replaced in a highly reasonable amount of time pros: holds my phone securely, only holder i've found that fits my wheelchair cons: difficult to adjust quickly, adjuster wheels make excessive rattling noise when i ride along
